A Strategic Investment: Your Team's Nervous System Capacity
Probably your team doesn't need another meditation app. They need to understand how their nervous system actually works and what they can do to leverage it's power for well-being and sustainable performance.
Supporting High-Performance Organisations
30.3% of Swiss workers report emotional exhaustion. Standard corporate wellness programs fail because they address symptoms, not root causes and systems.

We target the underlying dysregulation patterns that drive these outcomes and help teams to reduce stress load, prevent burnout, and develop emotional regulation capacity, through embodied, scalable, neuroscience-backed tools.
The 5 Patterns of Workplace Dysregulation
We deliver neuroscience-informed stress-regulation training designed for high-performance environments. Our programs target the five core patterns of workplace dysregulation:

1. Stress
What It Looks Like: Chronic stress, hypervigilance, decision paralysis, threat-response.
What We Train: Sustaining performance, adaptive stress response, grounding techniques.

2. Energy
What It Looks Like: Burnout, depletion, "always on" mode.
What We Train: Sustainable energy management, rest-recovery cycles, boundaries.

3. Motivation
What It Looks Like: Disengagement, low drive, lack of initiative.
What We Train: Reward system recalibration, intrinsic motivation, purpose connection.
4. Thinking
What It Looks Like: Overthinking, rumination, mental fog, cognitive overload.
What We Train: Cognitive flexibility, attention management, clarity under complexity.
5. Connection
What It Looks Like: Isolation, poor communication, low psychological safety.
What We Train: Co-regulation skills, authentic presence, team coherence.
The obvective:
Teams that self-regulate, think clearly, sustain energy, connect and perform without burning out.

Coach & Psychologist
Andreea Vasiliu
Andreea supports high-performance professionals to sustain excellence, without burning out.
Zürich-based psychologist, PsyKo/BAG recognised, and founder of Soma Zentrum Switzerland, she specialises in chronic stress, burnout prevention, and emotional self-regulation.
Before pivoting to psychology, Andreea worked as a lawyer coordinating major country-level strategic investment projects. She knows firsthand what it means to manage complexity under constant pressure, what it costs when the system breaks down, and how to recover, both professionally and personally, as a full-time working single mother. This dual perspective shapes her integrative, bio-psycho-social approach: addressing not just the mind, but the body, the environment, and the system around the person.
Her work is grounded in neuropsychology and trauma-informed practice, leveraging strategic high-impact lifestyle interventions for increasing optimal functioning and self-efficacy. She values effectiveness without rushing, targeting root-cause interventions that find the shortest path to resolution. Her style is candidly direct, warm, highly effective, and oriented toward paced, long-term transformation.
